Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all hemp-fiber tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
